The Orthopedic Film Festival is a unique opportunity to gain insight into the latest advancements in orthopedics, from surgical techniques and diagnostic tips to rehabilitation strategies and conservative treatments. Showcase your best tip, trick, or technique—whether in the operating theatre or the clinic—on the big screen for an audience of global peers.  

The OFF 2026 is a must-see cinematic event that takes place from March 23 - 26 2026, where your short, surgical videos will be evaluated by a jury of peers. The winner of each category will earn international recognition, join an elite group of past champions, and take home a prestigious cash prize.

Award Voting - How it Works:
All awards are determined by the viewers. Following each session, viewers will rate each video on a scale from 1 to 10 based on its scientific value, educational value, and technical aspects. At the conclusion of each evening, the video with the highest average rating will receive the Best Video Award. Entries in the Next Generation or Best Industry Contribution categories from all three days will be compared based on this score. Additionally, videos in the Best Film Production category will be evaluated on camera work, imagery selection, creativity, and innovation in filmmaking through a separate scoring process. The winners of each special category award will be announced on Thursday, March 26th, at 8:45 pm CET.
