The new ISAKOS & Winglet Collaborative Webinar Series brings ISAKOS’ leading educational content to the Winglet platform in a modern, Netflix-like video format. Designed for orthopaedic surgeons and sports medicine specialists, the series offers concise, case-based sessions on key topics in arthroscopy, joint preservation, biologics, and more.

Each episode is developed under the guidance of an ISAKOS committee, reflecting the society’s global expertise across the field. Sessions feature live presentations, surgical videos, expert commentary, and interactive discussions, providing practical insights for everyday clinical care.

To support global participation, each ISAKOS webinar includes AI-powered multilingual captions and translations, available live in up to 10 languages and on demand in English, allowing surgeons worldwide to learn and engage in their preferred language.

The seventh webinar, “Leadership Development and Career Growth in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine”, will be broadcast live on Thursday, 12 March 2026, at 12:00 UTC. Organized by the ISAKOS Gender Diversity Task Force and chaired by Dr. Mary K. Mulcahey and Dr. Laurie A. Hiemstra, the session will address the importance of leadership in orthopaedic sports medicine. The discussion will be rooted in three recent, related articles from the literature. The webinar will involve a discussion with the panelists about topics covered in the related articles.  Webinar participants are strongly encouraged to review the articles prior to the program.
