The new ISAKOS & Winglet Collaborative Webinar Series brings ISAKOS’ leading educational content to the Winglet platform in a modern, Netflix-like video format. Designed for orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine specialists, the series offers concise, case-based sessions on key topics in arthroscopy, joint preservation, biologics, and more.

Each episode is developed under the guidance of an ISAKOS committee, reflecting the society’s global expertise across the field. Sessions feature live presentations, surgical videos, expert commentary, and interactive discussions, providing practical insights for everyday clinical care.

To support global participation, each ISAKOS webinar includes AI-powered multilingual captions and translations, available live in up to 10 languages and on demand in English, allowing surgeons worldwide to learn and engage in their preferred language.

The sixth webinar, “Return to Sport after Ankle Injuries – Evidence-Based Protocols”, will be broadcast live on Thursday, 22 January 2026, at 13:00 UTC. Organized by the ISAKOS Leg, Ankle & Foot Committee and chaired by Dr. Nasef Mohamed N. Abdelatif, Dr. Stéphane Guillo, and Dr. Bruno S. Pereira, the session focuses on structured, evidence-based approaches to return-to-sport decision-making after ankle injuries and arthroscopic procedures. The faculty will address key phases of rehabilitation, objective criteria for safe return to sport, and how timelines differ across procedures and athletic populations, with particular attention to functional testing, proprioceptive training, and psychological readiness. The discussion will also explore long-term outcomes and performance considerations in both elite and recreational athletes.
