The new ISAKOS & Winglet Collaborative Webinar Series brings ISAKOS’ leading educational content to the Winglet platform in a modern, Netflix-like video format. Designed for orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine specialists, this series offers concise, case-based sessions on key topics in arthroscopy, joint preservation, biologics, and more.
Each episode is developed under the guidance of an ISAKOS committee, reflecting the society’s global expertise across the field. Sessions feature live presentations, surgical videos, expert commentary, and interactive discussion, providing practical insights for everyday clinical care.
To support global participation, all episodes are available live and on-demand with simultaneous translation in multiple languages, ensuring every surgeon can engage in their preferred language.
The first episode on "Surgical and Bio-Therapeutical Combined Intervention towards Joint Preservation" will be live broadcasted on Thursday, 21 August 2025 at 12:00 UTC. Organized by the ISAKOS Biologics in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Committee in collaboration with the Japanese Society of Orthopaedic Arthroscopy (JSOA), the session focuses on biologic and surgical strategies for joint preservation. Topics include PRP optimization, synovial stem cell applications, biologic support in ACL reconstruction, and osteotomy enhancement. Delivered through focused presentations and expert panel discussion, the webinar offers evidence-based, clinically relevant takeaways for orthopedic practice.

Research enthusiasts watch out! With our brand-new Winglet Journal Club in cooperation with the German Young Forum O and U and the AGA Residents, we offer a unique digital format for the critical appraisal and discussion of the most recent scientific publications in the field of Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery.
Under the scientific guidance of selected members from the Young Forum and the AGA Residents, some of the latest, most significant research papers are chosen and structurally summarized in a standardized video format. Always on a Monday, we invite you to participate in a captivating, live virtual discussion with international colleagues of varying seniority.
Following the idea "First the facts - then the discussion", you can watch, pause and repeat the video summary in our online live center on the day of the event from 19:00 CET onwards. Afterwards, join the live discussion via Zoom between 19:15 - 20:00 CET hosted by one member of the scientific organization and two renowned international panel experts.
Both active participants and listeners are welcome! Expand your professional knowledge and network by actively participating in the discussion or tune in to just listen after a long day to stay up to date. To participate, simply log into the Zoom conference under the “Breakouts” section in the online live center (below the video).
If you cannot take part in the live discussion, there is the option of holding a Journal Club as usual with colleagues in the clinic, practice or at home whenever your time allows, using the permanently available video summary.

Erstmals in 2025 präsentieren wir AGA Ready for Surgery – ein neues digitales Format in Kooperation mit den AGA Residents, das Euch Schritt für Schritt an den OP heranführt – anschaulich, praxisnah und interaktiv. Im Fokus stehen reale OP-Videos und der direkte Austausch mit erfahrenen Operateur:innen.
Gemeinsam mit dem/der Operateur:in und einem Mitglied der AGA Residents könnt Ihr offene Fragen klären, operative Techniken vertiefen und wertvolle Einblicke in den klinischen Alltag gewinnen.
Im Sinne des bewährten Prinzips "Erst der Input – dann die Diskussion" startet jede Session mit einem 15-minütigen OP-Video, bevor um 18:45 Uhr die interaktive Live-Diskussion "Meet the Surgeon" per Zoom beginnt. Die Veranstaltung findet jeweils von 18:30 – 19:30 Uhr (CET) statt und wird aufgezeichnet, sodass die Inhalte auch nachträglich abgerufen werden können.
Sowohl aktive Teilnehmer:innen als auch Zuhörer:innen sind willkommen! Erweitert Euer Wissen und Netzwerk, indem Ihr euch aktiv an der Diskussion beteiligt oder nach einem langen Tag einfach zuhört, um auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben.
