Research enthusiasts watch out! The Winglet Journal Club, in cooperation with the German-speaking Young Forums, offers a unique digital format for the critical appraisal and discussion of the latest scientific publications in Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery.

​Under the scientific guidance of selected members from the Young Forums, key recent research papers are selected and systematically summarized in a standardized video format. Always on a Monday, we invite you to participate in an engaging live virtual discussion with international colleagues across all career stages.

Following the principle “First the facts – then the discussion”, the paper summary will be presented live at the beginning of the session. Participants can join the Zoom webinar from 19:00 CET onwards. The subsequent live discussion will be moderated by a member of the scientific organizing committee together with two renowned international panel experts.

Both active participants and listeners are welcome! Expand your professional knowledge and network by actively participating in the discussion or tune in to just listen after a long day to stay up to date. To join, simply log into the Zoom webinar under the “Breakouts” section here in the online live center (below the video). 

If you cannot take part in the live discussion, there is the option of holding a Journal Club as usual with colleagues in the clinic, practice or at home whenever your time allows, using the permanently available video summary.
