Elbow 2023 will take place from 4 – 6 October 2023 as a hybrid event: The on-site seminars and cadaver labs will be carried out at the Kurhaus Kolonnaden Wiesbaden, Germany. They will be complemented by 7 high-caliber seminar sessions on 4 and 5 October. Watch these interactive sessions conveniently online from wherever you are. All sessions will be live broadcasted and made available on-demand after the course.

Registration Fees:
The livestream and post-live version are available at a ticket price of € 250. AGA and DVSE members benefit from a reduced ticket price of € 200 (please enter the following coupon codes in the second step of the booking process).

Important Note:
Please send your proof of the reduced participation fee as a PDF file to info@winglet-education.com. The above coupon codes are non-transferable. If you register at the reduced rate without proof, the regular ticket fee will be charged afterwards.

Live Certification:
The live broadcast was certified by the German Medical Association Hessen with up to 12 CME credits (Day 1 = 6 CME credits | Day 2 = 6 CME credits). Please note that certification was only granted based on actual live participation. Prerequisite is the digital proof of daily attendance which will be automatically recorded through the Winglet platform. The certificates were sent out via email.

Post-Live Certification:
The post-live version was certified by the German Medical Association Berlin from 10 January 2024-9 January 2025. During that period you were able to complete the CME quiz and earn 15 CME credits.

AGA Curriculum:
Participants of the AGA Curriculum can earn up to 11 theory hours in the module 14. Prerequisite for the certification is the digital proof of attendance (automatically recorded through the Winglet platform). We will issue a certificate of attendance upon request.

DVSE Curriculum:
Participants of the DVSE Curriculum can earn up to 8.5 theory hours in the old and 9 theory hours in the new curriculum. Please find further details under Fact Sheets. Prerequisite for the certification is the digital proof of attendance (automatically recorded through the Winglet platform). We will issue a certificate of attendance upon request.

Research enthusiasts watch out! With our brand-new Winglet Journal Club in cooperation with the German Young Forum O and U, we offer a unique digital format for the critical appraisal and discussion of the most recent scientific publications in the field of Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery.

Under the scientific guidance of Adrian Deichsel, MD and selected members from the Young Forum, some of the latest, most significant research papers are chosen and structurally summarized in a standardized video format. Always on a Monday, we invite you to participate in a captivating, live virtual discussion with international colleagues of varying seniority.

Following the idea "First the facts - then the discussion", you can watch, pause and repeat the video summary in our online live center on the day of the event from 19:00 CET onwards. Afterwards, join the live discussion via Zoom between 19:15 - 20:00 CET hosted by one member of the scientific organization and two renowned international panel experts.

Both active participants and listeners are welcome! Expand your professional knowledge and network by actively participating in the discussion or tune in to just listen after a long day to stay up to date. To participate, simply log into the Zoom conference under the “Breakouts” section in the online live center (below the video). 

If you cannot take part in the live discussion, there is the option of holding a Journal Club as usual with colleagues in the clinic, practice or at home whenever your time allows, using the permanently available video summary.
